When you get involved in the life of this church you make friends, make a place for yourself, and make a difference.
Learning Opportunities include classes, workshops and discussion groups that foster personal and spiritual growth and heighten our awareness and understanding of local and global community issues. Learning opportunities include the Sunday Morning Forum, Second Saturdays, Exploring Membership classes, and many other formal and informal opportunities throughout the year. Fellowship Opportunities such as monthly potluck lunches after Sunday service, Shared Hearth Dinners, the annual All-Church Retreat, the All-Church Picnic, and other social gatherings offer fun and fellowship. Additionally, many small groups meet monthly for those with shared interests or simply to enjoy dinner and conversation.
Service Opportunities for volunteerism accommodate every schedule and interest — committee membership or one-time jobs, service within the congregation or to the broader community. You don’t have to be a member to participate. Contact an event organizer or committee chair to express your interest. Rest assured you will be most welcome!
